It turns out that the links to the Pantano site were not as promising as the Craigslist site suggested.
The cheapest apartment we could find, at this time, at the Overlook Pantano in Tucson was $509.
We were able to locate on the Pantano [...]
Went to Craigslist and executed a search for apartments under $400.
Here is what I got.
Then I realized I would near proximity to a bus line - in case the car broke down - and the apartment would have to have air.

I asked myself a theoretical question. Can a person find out where to find a nice apartment in Tuscon solely by the internet …. NO phone calls.
Let’s see.
I set three goals.
1) Must be under $400
2) Must be near a bus line or supermarket
3) Must not be a slum
So lets see!
